Perfectly reasonable. Plenty of good work starts with a written brief and never involves a phone at all. Fill this in and you will have a real plan back within one working day, from a person who read every word.
Do not worry about the budget question“No idea yet” is a completely acceptable answer and it will not change how we price the work. We ask so we can tell you early if we are simply the wrong shop for it.
Half a brief is fineIf you are not sure what you need yet, say that. Working out the shape of the thing is part of the job, and it is the part we enjoy most.

Nothing automated happens to youNo drip sequence, no CRM chasing you for six weeks, no consultant ringing at nine in the morning. If we do not hear back, we assume you found what you needed and leave you alone.
